The Defense Spectrum Organization (DSO) sponsored Emerging Spectrum Technology (EST) Workshop will be held on September 13th and 14th, 2010 at the Double Tree Hotel, 210 Holiday Court, Annapolis, Maryland 21401.
This EST Workshop will focus on technologies/techniques to improve radar access to spectrum, which is becoming less and less available due to the increased global demand for spectrum to accommodate commercial wireless services. In addition, the fourth generation wireless technologies and the ongoing national and international technical, regulatory, and policy activities affecting radar access will be discussed.
